I worked a total of 34 years for Constellation Energy in Baltimore, MD as a Senior Buyer in the Strategic Programs Purchasing Unit.  I have many years experience in buying, negotiation of contract terms and conditions, contract administration and strategic alliances.

I was the Principal Administrator for the Constellation/General Electric Strategic Alliance that had and estimated value in the hundred of millions of dollars.

I also have experience in the Nuclear Purchasing Area working many years at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant.  Some of my Projects include the Dry Fuel Storage Facility and The Emergency Diesel Generator Project.   I worked closely with the engineers and buyers from Bechtel Power Corp. as the Client's Representative on both of those projects so I know the importance of communication between the Consultant and Client.

After my move to the Myrtle Beach, Carolina area, I have worked various jobs in the retail and security industry.  I have worked for such companies as Radio Shack, Sears and an armed guard for Dunbar Armored.  I am currently certified by the SC Law Enforcement Division (SLED) as a Security Officer in SC.

I am currently available for Purchasing and Consulting work for both private firms and government agencies.  I can review and make recommendations on Terms and Conditions that will protect your company in the event something goes wrong with your contracted goods or services.  I specialize in assisting Small Businesses that do not have extensive legal resources.  When hiring on-site Contractors, having favorable Terms and Conditions along with the necessary Insurance Requirements can prevent unforeseen damages and increases in your Liability Insurance Premium.

I can save you money on the cost of legal reviews of Vendor and Contractor submitted Terms and Conditions by working with you or your Buyers and/or Legal Department.

I have extensive experience in Nuclear Procurement along with 10CFR50, Appendix B Programs for Safety Related Goods and Services for the Nuclear Industry.

All documents will be black lined so all negotiated changes will be clearly shown and revision numbers will be added to provide a clear audit trail.  These documents remain your property throughout the process.

I will be happy to travel as necessary to attend across the table negotiations and be available for conference negotiations/calls as required.
